Welcome
I’m a clinical mental health counselor and educator, and I’ve been in private practice for over a decade. In that time, I’ve worked with a lot of high-achieving individuals—people who carry a lot, lead others, and are often the ones everyone else turns to. But even the strongest people need a space to be real, honest, and supported.

My approach is direct, grounded, and human. I’m not the therapist who nods silently or hides behind clinical jargon. I don’t believe in labeling for the sake of it. I believe in showing up fully, having real conversations, and doing the kind of work that actually leads to growth and change.

If you're looking for someone who’s honest, engaged, and not afraid to challenge you when needed—I’m that therapist. I’ll listen deeply. I’ll push you when it’s time. And I’ll be fully in it with you, every step of the way. But I won’t enable avoidance, and I won’t co-sign behaviors that keep you stuck or disconnected.

This work is about clarity, accountability, and real alignment—with yourself, your values, and the way you want to move through the world. Whether you’re dealing with burnout, relationship patterns, identity shifts, or just feel like something’s off—I’m here for the real work.

If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect. Click below to learn more about my background and how we can work together.
